Fourth-graders will know numbers through the millions, understand place value to 100 million, know Roman numerals to 1,000 (M), and many other mathematical concepts and techniques.
Students will survey early and medieval kingdoms of Africa, ancient civilizations of Central and South America, survey major mountain ranges of the world, and many other History and Geography topics.
Fourth-grades will explore and understand the properties of electricity and magnetism, meteorology, and other life science topics.
Students will experiment with a wide range of art techniques and media, including drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, pottery, and fiber arts.
Students will identify a range of activities associated with the major components of physical fitness, cardiovascular health, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility.
